We asked GM Delita, Fiesta's latest GM, if he was interested in an interview for FiestaGamer. He was really interested, but I'm pretty sure he didn't expect some of the wacky questions that were asked!
Welcome to Outspark and thanks for the interview!

Hello Delita! Is there a meaning behind your name?
First of all, good to see you (or read you) Centrix, I appreciate all the work you have put in for Fiesta. My name derives from an unique antagonist in a classic Tactics RPG. To me, it symbolizes struggle, integrity and a master strategist.
Follow up on your name: - then I first saw your name I thought you were a girl, until I saw your profile page. What are your thoughts about me saying this?
Delita is an attractive name, and sometimes attractiveness is immediately associated with beings of the female sex. I don't blame you, it happens to the best of us.
So you just recently started working at Outspark, what is your impression so far about the Fiesta Community?
Familiarity, if I had one word to describe it. I say familiar, because I get very involved in the games I use to play, very outspoken and dedicated to the communities. I feel that connecting with the players on the same wave length is not a barrier for me. Hopefully, I can contribute to this immense community.
Also, do you like the people you work with or would you rather have them all locked up in small cages? (smaller than they could actually fit in) >=D
Locked up in a small cage along with them of course! Great group of enthusiasts.
Is there something you like the most and least about being a GM?
I love having the power to make an impact, but that power comes with the burden of responsibility as well.
Have you ever literally facepalmed yourself after reading a player's question/forumpost/chat?
Yes! I did not announce the correct winner for question #5 during the Canada Day event. That is right, I said it, I admit my mistakes! Shout out to Lucky.
What would you do if you came into the office one day and saw a LOT of garbage on your desk?
I would immediately unplug and swap computers with the desk next to mine and pretend nothing happened...qO_Op.
What would be the first thing you do when you get into the office? My guess is running around the office screaming "FIRE IN THE HOLE!"
Shine my Gold Spammer Owning Hammer of Alacrity!
Have you ever tried firing a nerf gun to the other GM's? If so, how did they react?
Unfortunately, I have not, however my Nerf N-Strike EDF-25 is coming in the mail.
Ok back to the more serious questions. What is your favorite map and monster?
Roumen, abundant with gold spammers for me to work on my hammer swing. Favorite monster...NERPAAAA!
What's your most memorable in-game experience?
After spending 10 minutes trying to figure out how to make the "Mini House", then actually making my own mushroom, haha!
What's your biggest "whoops" moment at Outspark?
See question regarding "face-palming".
What's the worst job you've ever had? And how long did you work there?
I enjoyed and learned from all my previous jobs. If I had to choose one, it would be operational manager at a ship chandler for 4 months. Vessel Captains are not the most cheerful bunch.
You probably don't know a lot about FiestaGamer, but from what you see, what is your opinion about the site?
Clean cut and well thought out.
So what do you like to do in your spare time and what is your favorite video game genre (MMORPG, FPS, RTS, etc)
Currently, I spend a good portion of my free time further familiarizing my self with Fiesta. The other portion is listed below.
Watching the latest movies
Keeping up Naruto Series
Working on my swing at the golf range
Hitting the gym
Spending time with loved ones
Being a ninja qO_Op
In terms of video game genres, I have thoroughly explored the corners of each. As of right now, I'm a big fan of MMORPGs and MOBAs.
Last question, do you regret saying yes to this interview?
Funny you should ask this. After completing this interview, it hit me, actually realizing how much I look forward to working on Fiesta. I will maintain and bring further positive additions for this diverse and content rich game.
